PRICES AND INFORMATION
Marblehead Cycle prides itself on the accuracy of our web site, but occasionally there are pricing and/or merchandise errors. No order is final and accepted until checked by our in-store staff. You will be notified if an an error has been identified. If there is an error you will be notified and we will happily give you a refund or you can pay the difference before the merchandise is shipped. If you are picking the merchandise up in our store please bring your credit card and you will charged at the time of pick up.
For your security and ours, we will only ship to billing addresses. If your shipping address does not match, we will contact you to verify we can ship to your billing address. If we cannot, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. Thank you!
AVAILABILITY - IN WAREHOUSE
Items listed as "At warehouse, 10 day minimum" and not "In-Store" will have a shipping charge no matter what. Once we have the shipping charge we will add it to your order and charge you full amount. The shipping charges will range between $10 and $100 depending on the item.

Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping is available for select bicycles, apparel, and accessories. If an item is not available to be shipped on our website, then it is not something we will ship. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days after being placed.
Standard ground is for items in stock at our store.
If you are ordering an item listed as "In Warehouse" that is considered Drop Ship and will be charged a different shopping rate. Often these items have to be shipped to us and then to you and that is costly.
If you do not pick the correct shiiping option we will pick it for you and notify you of the correction.
We only ship items via ground. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. We will either ship your item via UPS or USPS.
If you select an item to ship and choose "gift card only" shipping for an item that is not a gift card, we reserve the right to cancel your order or charge you the appropriate shipping fee for the item.
Due to increased fraud, all online orders being shipped will require a signature.
Our website is intended to help make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist. We do not ship outside the Continental U.S.
When purchasing a bike that is available to ship on our website, we only process orders for bicycles if the billing address and shipping address match. The only exception to this rule is if you are shipping your bike directly to a bike shop. If this is the case, you must email us firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us or your order will be canceled.
If you purchase a bike from us, it may be a bike which had previously been assembled and is at one of our stores. All bike purchased from our website are assembled by a technician and then packed for shipping. We do our best to package every bike with as little assembly required for you on receipt of the bike as possible. If you are unfamiliar with how to attach handlebars, pedals, and wheels to a bicycle, we recommend you bring your bike to a bike shop for assembly.
Any bike that is sold and shipped is not eligible for return.
Marblehead Cycle will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.
- Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included (items returned damaged, used, or without packaging are not eligible for return).
- Bicycles may be returned for store credit only or exchanged (re-stocking fee may apply).
- No returns on “Special Order” items.
- All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
- Shipping and Assembly fees are non-refundable.
Returns - Items purchased and shipped
For items purchased and shipped to your home, you have 14 days from the delivery date to post mark and ship an item back to us for a full refund. You also have up to 30 days from the delivery date to post mark and ship an item back to us for store credit. Items must be in new condition and contain all original tags and packaging.
No Refunds on Shipping Charges.
Any bike that is sold and shipped is not eligible for return.
Any helmet that is sold and shipped is not eligible for return.

Almost all items on our website qualify for free in-store pickup (no delivery charges.) Once your order has been placed, we will call or email when it is ready for pickup. Bicycles typically take 1 week for us to assemble and get ready for you. Most orders (not including bicycles) will be ready within 3-5 business days; however, please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from our warehouse, or for assembly. If you need an item right away, please call us. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders must be picked up within 15 days or incur a 10% restocking fee.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
