Schedule Your Bike Service

Now accepting online appointments for maintenance work.

Please remember one bike per appointment due to shop space limitations. Flat tires do not need appointments!!

Since the beginning of the pandemic, our service jobs have more then doubled. Yet, finding competent mechanics has been difficult. We are short staffed and thus appointments are required and unfortunately maybe delayed. We are doing the best that we can!

Service Protocol 

Why Schedule - Appointments are now required, except for flat tires. We will refuse any bikes brought in for service without an appointment. (We are out of space)

Dropping Off - Right now all service requires an appointment before coming in to drop a bike off for service. If you are stopping by for a flat tire, we may be able to address that on the spot, but we cannot guarantee it.

Picking Up - Please make sure that you have received confirmation that your bike is ready to pick up before coming to collect it. 

Bike Delivery - At this time we can only offer delivery or pickup in Marblehead, Swampscott, and Salem. $25/each way. 

Refusal of Service - We have the right to refuse service on any bike we feel we cannot make safe or that we feel would cost more then the bike is worth.

Servicing eBikes

At this time we only service eBikes for brands we sell or any eBike purchased through our store. 

Brands we service: Trek, Electra, Giant, Momentum, IZIP, Diamondback, KHS, Tern, Batch, Biria. Bosch, Shimano Steps, and Yamaha motor equipped also qualify.

When bringing your eBike in for service we ask that you bring in the key, battery and charger. If possible please charge your bike before dropping it off for service. If your battery is damaged please let us know before bringing the bike in.
