Electric Bike Service

For insurance purposes we are only able to work on or store electric bikes equipped with batteries and motors from Bosch, Diamondback, Electra, Izip, Shimano, Tern, Trek, and Yamaha.

When bringing your eBike in for service we ask that you bring in the key, battery and charger. If possible, please charge your bike before dropping it off for service.

Most E-Bike Service has a $50 surcharge to cover the specialized equipment and training and software updates. This is not negotiable, but sometimes we may adjust depending on service being done,

If you need your bike picked up for your service, make sure you include that in your appointment notes and call us to confirm. Your bike must be accessible by our delivery personnel. We can get it from your garage, shed, or yard, but we will not enter your home.

Why Schedule - Appointments are now preferred, except for flat tires. We are a small shop and may refuse your bike if you have no appointment and we are out of space.

Dropping Off - We ask that you please make an appointment before coming in to drop a bike off for service. If you are stopping by for a small repair like a flat tire, we may be able to address that on the spot, but we cannot guarantee it.

Picking Up - Please make sure that you have received confirmation that your bike is ready to pick up before coming to collect it.

Bike Pickup/Delivery - If you would like us to pick-up or drop-off your bike, please add a note when scheduling your appointment and call or email us and let us know that you made the appointment and are requesting delivery. $25/each way (Marblehead, Swampscott, Salem)

Refusal of Service - We have the right to refuse service on any bike we feel we cannot make safe or that we feel would cost more then the bike is worth.
