Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to feel great about your purchase.

If something isn’t right, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please review the details below so there are no surprises.


What Can Be Returned

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • New and unused

  • Uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • With tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If an item has been installed, ridden, worn, or shows signs of use, it may not be eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

Please note: returns must be approved before being sent back.
Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refund Timing

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.


Restocking

In some cases, a small restocking fee may apply to help cover processing and repackaging costs:

  • General merchandise: up to 10%

  • Opened but unused items: up to 15%

  • Special-order items: up to 20%

  • Oversized items: up to 15%

We do our best to keep this fair and reasonable.


Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Shipped bicycles

  • Shipped electric bicycles

  • Sale and closeout items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Installed parts

Because bikes are large, assembled products with significant freight costs, shipped bikes and e-bikes are final sale. Please double-check sizing before ordering.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

Include photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We’ll work quickly to make it right.


In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days in new condition with original packaging.

Sale and closeout items are final sale.


Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get what you need is to:

  1. Place a new order

  2. Return the original item (if eligible)

This ensures you don’t miss out on availability.
