Description
- Redesigned aggressive tread, high volume casing tire optimized to fit in between the XC tire and Gravity focused tire options
- Usage is aimed squarely at modern short travel (100mm-130mm) trail bikes – aka the downcountry segment, intended to be a Goldilocks tire
- Rolls fast but also provides solid cornering and braking traction in a broad range of trail conditions
- Taller side knobs to improve cornering grip
- A more denser packed tread pattern to increase rolling efficiency
- E25/E50 rated tires are designed to withstand the additional weight and forces of e-bikes
- WT: Wide trail casing is optimized for 30-35mm inner width rims
- - EXO: additional densely woven, lightweight, flexible fabric added to casing for enhanced puncture protection
- - TR: tubeless ready
- - 3C MaxxTerra: intermediate triple compound, more traction than MaxxSpeed, better tread wear and less rolling resistance than MaxxGrip
