2 piece low riding front rack for use with panniers on touring applications . Must be installed on a fork with mid-section eyelets on both the inside and outside of the fork. Attaches to both lower eyelets and midsection eyelets on both side of the fork. Not suitable for suspension or carbon forks. Compatible with 26` and 700c wheels
