Returns

90-Day Return Policy
If you buy a product directly from us that does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the purchase.
We will refund the full cost of the product and pay to have it shipped back to woom (US orders only). The refund for the cost of the product and return shipping cost will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the shipment.
Please note: We cannot refund the original shipping cost when you first purchased the product. Additionally, orders being returned from Canada will have to be shipped at the customer's expense.
